For paid Services:

• All fees are as specified at the time of purchase
• Payments are processed through secure third-party providers
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and the overall design, are owned by TorkHub or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our prior written consent.

8. User Content

By submitting content, you grant TorkHub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing our Services. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TORKHUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TorkHub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.

12. Termination

All provisions of these Terms that should reasonably survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orleans Parish, Louisiana.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our platform and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Severability
